Article 1: Object of the Site and Services
The website https://doclangues.fr is an information portal for language training and a Learning Management System (LMS). These TOU define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the site and its digital services by the User.
Article 2: Acceptance of the TOU
Use of the site or the training platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TOU. For services requiring an account, the User confirms their acceptance by checking a dedicated box during their first login.
Article 3: Access to the Service and User Account
3.1 Account Creation: Access to the training platform requires personal identifiers (email and password).
3.2 Security: The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their identifiers. Any activity performed using these identifiers is deemed to be carried out by the User. In case of theft or loss, the User must inform the Company without delay at contact@doclangues.fr.
3.3 Personal Use: The account is strictly personal. Sharing identifiers with third parties is prohibited and may lead to the suspension of access without notice.
Article 4: Intellectual Property
All content (texts, logos, videos, exercises, PDF teaching materials, source codes) is the exclusive property of Doc’Langues.
- Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or distribution constitutes an infringement penalized under the Intellectual Property Code.
- The User is granted a private, non-transferable right to use the content for the duration of their training only.
Article 5: User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Use the services fairly and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Not disrupt the proper functioning of the site (viruses, intrusion attempts).
- Respect rules of courtesy in interactive spaces (forums, comments, virtual classes). Any insulting, racist, or illegal remarks will lead to immediate account deletion.
Article 6: Liability of the Company
6.1 Availability: The Company strives to ensure 24/7 access. However, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to technical maintenance or force majeure (internet network failures). 6.2 Content: Although Doc’Langues verifies the quality of the information, the Company cannot guarantee the total absence of typographical or technical errors. 6.3 Equipment: The User is responsible for the security of their own equipment (antivirus, browser updates) to access the services.
Article 7: Hypertext Links
The site may contain links to third-party sites. The Company has no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content or personal data practices.
Article 8: Personal Data and Cookies
Use of the site involves the processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Article 10 of our GTC.

Article 9: Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify the TOU at any time to adapt to technical or legislative changes. Users are invited to consult them regularly.
Article 10: Applicable Law
These TOU are governed by French law. In the event of a technical dispute not resolved amicably, jurisdiction is granted to the court of Montpellier.
