I – PREAMBLE

Doc’Langues is a professional training provider, sole proprietorship (EI Thais Calles Fort), located at 6 rue Torte, 34660 Cournonterral. SIRET: 52137814100027. Activity declaration: 76341044834 registered with the Prefect of Hérault. These regulations define the provisions applying to all trainees to ensure the smooth operation of training sessions.

Definitions:

  • Training provider: Doc’Langues.
  • Trainees: Persons attending the session.
  • Head of the organization: Thais Calles Fort.

II – GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1: In accordance with Article L.6352-3 of the French Labor Code, these regulations define health, safety, and discipline rules, as well as trainee defense rights.

III – SCOPE

Article 2: These regulations apply to all participants for the entire duration of the training. According to Article R.6352-1, if training takes place in a company with its own regulations, its health and safety measures apply.

Article 3: Training Location. Provisions apply in the organization’s premises, external locations (companies, home), and auxiliary spaces.

Article 4: Distance Learning. Access is via Zoom, Teams, or Meet. It is recommended to test the link in advance and use the camera for interactivity.

IV – HYGIENE

Article 5: Each trainee must ensure their own and others’ safety.

Article 6: Alcohol and Drugs. Access under the influence is forbidden. Bringing alcohol is prohibited except for exceptional circumstances and with management’s approval.

Article 7: Smoking. Pursuant to Decree No. 92-478, smoking (and vaping) is prohibited in training rooms.

Article 8: Facilities. Restrooms must be kept clean.

Article 9: Catering. Unless specially authorized, eating in classrooms is prohibited.

V – SAFETY

Article 10: Fire Safety. In accordance with Articles R.4227-37 and following of the Labor Code, fire instructions, extinguisher maps, and emergency exits are posted.

Article 11: Accidents. Any accident must be immediately reported. According to Article R.6342-1, Doc’Langues reports accidents to the social security fund.

Article 12: Right of Withdrawal. Trainees may leave the premises if they believe a situation presents a serious and imminent danger to their life or health, informing the instructor immediately.

VI – DISCIPLINE AND SANCTIONS

Article 13 to 24: Trainees must respect schedules, material, and intellectual property. Absences are reported to funding bodies (France Travail, CPF). Cell phone use is prohibited in class. Any inappropriate behavior (harassment, racism) may lead to permanent exclusion.

VII – DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE (Art. R.6352-3 to R.6352-15)

Article 25: Sanctions. Scale: Reminder, written warning, reprimand, temporary or permanent exclusion.

Article 26: Defense Rights. No sanction without prior information of grievances. For exclusion, a preliminary interview is mandatory (registered mail or email).

Article 27: Representatives. For sessions > 500 hours, a representative and a substitute are elected (Art. R.6352-9).
